Philip Barawitzka

Phil originally learned to dive in Aqaba in 1995 when he was working in Jordan, since then he has logged over 500 dives. After work took him around the world he found himself in Kuwait. Now he is a regular vistor to dive Aqaba and is a great help with the technical side of all the equipment. Phil introduced Rebreather diving to Aqaba in October 2007 with a Draeger Dolphin. He now pilots a Pelagian DCCCR after completing a course on the unit run by Mark Ellyatt when he visited Dive Aqaba in 2008.      On the Shorouk
