We are currently pioneering rebreather diving in Aqaba. We can now offer training for SCR divers resulting in a PADI certification. The unit this course is conducted on is the Draeger Dolphin SCR which has proved adequate for exploring most of the diving in Aqaba. If you are a qualified techinical diver it can also be useful for deep air tec diving using the 32% nozzle with EANx 30. A Draeger O2 gauge is used to monitor ppO2, at the deepest bit of the Taiyong wreck this read a comfortable 1.44ata.Decompression was carried out on open circuit. Certified SCR divers who want to build up some extra rebreather hours you can rent a Dolphin Rebreather from us. If you want to step things up a notch we are now offering support and training for closed circuit rebreathers.
