Pelagian Rebreather course in Aqaba

Mark Ellyatt conducted a Pelagian Rebreather course hosted by Dive Aqaba. Pool training and shore dives were conducted from the Royal Diving Club followed by boat dives from our boat Laila One. Below is the story in pictures. Tec Team members Philip Barawitzka, George Ionita and Rod Abbotson completed training on the unit. The Pelagian Rebreather is a DCCCR (Diver controlled closed circuit rebreather) is relatively new only used in the Red Sea for the first time last summer. Designed by Andy Fritz and manufactured in Thailand by Rebreather Lab. During the week George and Rod also completed their Dolphin Semiclosed Rebreather certifications.
